Vigorous and dwarf, compact evergreen shrub to about 2 feet. High and wide. Hardy to about -10 degrees F. Prefers full sun. Small, dark green leave .turn bright red in fall. . Bright crimson flowers broadly funnel-shaped flowers in mid April to early May.
