How to Place an Order

At Loen Nursery, we make ordering for wholesale customers simple and convenient. Here’s how to get started:

1. Browse Our Availability List
   Review our weekly availability list to see our current stock of plants, including sizes, quantities, and pricing.

2. Contact Us
   Once you’ve selected your plants, reach out to us via email or phone to place your order. Please include the item names, quantities, and any special requests. Need assistance? Connect with a sales representative

3. Minimum Order Requirements

   • For out-of-state deliveries, the minimum order is $2,500.
   • For local Oregon deliveries, the minimum order is $1,500.

   • For Minimums Per Size:

     • #1: Minimum of 10.
     • #2, #3, #5, #6, #7: Minimum of 5.
     • #10 or larger: Minimum of 1

4. Freight and Pickup Options
   We coordinate freight with common carriers for out-of-area deliveries. Alternatively, you’re welcome to arrange your own pickup.

5. Order Confirmation
   Our team will confirm your order details, availability, and delivery or pickup arrangements. Orders must be finalized no later than 48 hours before shipping. Future orders for the following year can be placed at any time, and standing orders can ensure consistency in your annual supply.

6. Payment
   Payments can be made by credit card, check, or other arrangements as discussed during the order confirmation.
